About the Role
We’re seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and development of our maritime software products. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and the shipping industry, shaping solutions used by fleet operators, port authorities, and maritime companies globally.
What You’ll Do
- Define product strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs
- Build and maintain the product roadmap
- Conduct customer research and gather requirements
- Write specifications for new features
- Prioritize the backlog and work with engineering on delivery
- Measure product success and iterate based on data
- Become an expert in maritime operations and challenges

- Track record of shipping successful B2B products
- Ability to understand complex operational workflows
- Strong customer empathy and communication skills
- Comfort with technical concepts and working with engineers
- Data-driven approach to decision making

Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in B2B software

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear specifications
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Maritime industry experience is a strong plus
