Overview

PeopleCore is a complete HRMS built with Clean Architecture, covering the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding through attendance, leave management, performance reviews, and payroll integration. It includes shift scheduling with rotating patterns, HR and executive analytics dashboards, and an employee self-service portal.

Employee Management

Comprehensive employee profiles with personal information, government IDs (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN), emergency contacts, document storage, and employment status tracking (regular, probationary, contractual).

Organization Structure

Company hierarchy with departments supporting nested sub-departments, teams for cross-functional groupings, and positions with grade levels. Reporting relationships drive approval workflows for overtime and leave.

Attendance & Overtime

Daily attendance records with holiday management (regular and special non-working days). Overtime requests follow an approval workflow scoped to direct reports — managers can only approve their own team members.

Leave Management

Configurable leave types (vacation, sick, emergency, maternity, paternity, solo parent) with accrual policies defining rate, frequency, and max balance. Automatic monthly accrual runs as background transactions. Leave requests validate against real-time balances and check for overlapping dates.

Recruitment

Job posting creation with requirements and status management. Applicant tracking through a structured pipeline (Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired, Rejected) with interview stage scheduling. Hired applicants convert directly to employee records.

Performance Reviews

Review cycles (quarterly or annual) with KPI items supporting targets, actuals, and weights. Weighted score calculation produces quantifiable performance data.

Shift Scheduling

Shift templates with start/end times and break durations. Rotating patterns with configurable pattern slots. Employee shift assignments linked to templates or patterns for flexible scheduling.

Analytics

HR Analytics dashboard — headcount, turnover, attendance trends, leave utilization. Executive Analytics — workforce cost, departmental metrics, recruitment funnel. Filterable by department, team, and date range.

Employee Self-Service

Employee portal for viewing personal profile, checking attendance records, submitting leave requests, and tracking leave balances — reducing routine HR inquiries.

Payroll Export API

REST API endpoints that export employee data, attendance records, and leave information for payroll system consumption. Designed for PayZen integration on cutoff schedules.
